The SuperBook Sports affiliate program is vehicle for partnership marketing for SuperBook user acquisition. By registering on this platform you affirm that you are duly licensed to operate in all jurisdictions in which you perform services for SuperBook, and that you are not engaged in partnership or affiliation in the US with unlicensed or offshore operators. 

The SuperBook affiliate program currently operates on a CPA basis and you thus acknowldge revenue share shall be accrued for any players sent on a CPA basis unless otherwise specified in your contract. 

All SuperBook affiliate agreements are governed by the terms of each partner's individual contract with SuperBook. No custom creatives shall be deployed without written approval of the SuperBook Affiliate Team. All affiliate compensation (CPA) shall by individual affiliate agreements.

No affiliate may publish content that is deemed discriminatory, hateful or promoting hate speech & violence. 

SuperBook reserves the right to terminate any partnership based on violation of the above terms. Payment terms are net 30.
